Winter Wellbeing for Hertfordshire’s Children and Young People
Winter days can sometimes leave you feeling a bit gloomy. This year will be no exception - especially with the added pressures of money worries, which may be affecting you and/or your family, friends and neighbours. Mind Hertfordshire Network has launched a number of helpful servcies for children and young people to access directly (free). They include the following:
- A young people's helpine
- Free learning for 15-18 year olds promoting positive mental health & emotional wellbeing
- A young people's online hangout for young people aged 15+
- A Care Leaver's meeting place for 18-24 year-olds.

If you want to make contact anonymously to a professional - you can text a School Nurse on 07480 635 050 Monday to Fiday 9am-5pm (secondary school aged pupils). You can text this number about absolutely anything you think you might need help with! Alternatively, you can also check out Public Health School Nursing Health for Teens website to receive support for a range of topics.
