Offers free, confidential online counselling support for children and young people in Hertfordshire aged 10-25
Safe, anonymous, free online support 24/7, with a supportive community, information and self-help resources, and trained counsellors online at all times for Hertfordshire residents aged 16+.
Children and young people in Hertfordshire can now get free online emotional and mental health support using a website called Kooth.com.
If you are aged between 10 and 25 and registered with a Hertfordshire GP surgery, you can sign up, choose an avatar (an online character) to represent you anonymously and have an online chat with a counsellor or therapist.
