Feeling Good Week - February 2019

Feeling Good Week is a Hertfordshire-wide event that encourages schools and the wider community to promote children and young people’s emotional wellbeing by raising awareness of mental health and showing where support can be accessed within the community.

From 11th – 17th February 2019, we want you to help make children and young people in Hertfordshire feel good by running your own special projects to boost their emotional and mental wellbeing.

We're backing Mental Health Awareness Week 14-20 May 2018

Healthy Young Minds in Herts is backing the Mental Health Foundation’s #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek #MHAW18, which runs from 14-20 May 2018.

The theme this year is stress and on social media, we’re highlighting how young people in Hertfordshire are thriving, thanks to support from the various emotional wellbeing services available.
